Lego Worlds has been in beta/early access for some time on PC but we now have all the official information as for the release date and pricing from this opened world sandbox adventure video game. Lego Worlds will be released on February 21, 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Steam) for $24.99.
We had a chance to check out Lego Worlds at the PlayStation Experience 2016 and the game appears to be coming along nicely. Lego Worlds will allow you to explore, interact and build – gaming mechanics are similar to the hugely popular game Minecraft. There’s also the option to play with your friends online cooperatively and/or competitively for Lego Worlds bragging rights. At its core Lego Worlds is mostly going to be about exploring and interacting with characters and animals in the world which is pretty vast and offers plenty of options for ‘Master Builders’.
