This week Activision announced Skylanders Battlecast would be released in 2016 – a free-to-play mobile card battle game. Skylanders Battlecast includes online player-vs-player gameplay and a single-player campaign.
At the Disney D23 Expo Disney Infinity announced that 6 new characters would join the roster of the game including Peter Pan who was voted in by ‘Toy Box Artists’ during the Toy Box Summit. Upcoming Disney films The Good Dinosaur and Zootopia will be represented as well in the form of Spot, Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps. The first of the Star Wars The Force Awakens characters were confirmed at D23 as well for Finn and Rey.
The Call of Duty Black Ops 3 beta was released this week as both a private and then public beta. The game is fast – you can run endlessly and there are different Specialist classes to fit your playing style. Call of Duty Black Ops 3 releases Nov 6, 2015.
