The idea of a match three puzzle game is old. Some would say it’s a stale dying genre. whether or not this is a correct assessment is really a matter of personal opinion. Either way, it’s nice to see that someone out there still cares enough to push this type of game forward with a new additions to the old concept.

Rather than the standard format of three in a row or three in a column, Big Fish Games has the player harnessing the destructive power of triangles. Match three like zombie types on the screen and everything within the triangle dies! There is a trade off for the zombie splattering power of the triangle: the zombies, they come fast and thick down the screen. Lucky for us Big Fish has included an arsenal of weaponry and power-up both to extend the life of the players and to increase the devastation that can be brought to the shambling hoard.
Zombie! Zombie! Zombie! brings a novel approach to an all to familiar game type. Smooth intuitive gameplay and an art style that delivers possibly the cutest zombies around; Zx3 is sure to have many iPad owners wondering where large chunks of their time have gone.
