Kraven the Hunter aka Sergei Kravinoff has been a Spider-Man villain since 1964 when he appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #15. Spider-Man movies and video games always seem to have a difficult time on deciding which ‘web head’ villain to draw upon for an antagonist as most of Spidey’s enemies are obscure even to ‘true believers’. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie directed by Marc Webb will feature both Electro and The Rhino – two iconic Spider-Man villains and since the video game will coincide with the film’s release one can only assume they’ll somehow be in the game as well.
This week’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 video game trailer is the fist time we’re seeing official gameplay and comes from the team who made the previous Spider-Man games Beenox. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is slated for a Spring release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo 3DS & Windows PC. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie will be out on May 2, 2014.
