Twice this year we’ve had a chance to play Guardians of Middle-earth and both times felt a bit overwhelmed yet anxious for  more.  Guardians feels like a rich experience in both Lord of the Rings lore as well as MOBA style gameplay.  The game will be out later in 2012 and won’t cost too much – making it a great stocking stuffer – except for the fact that it’s a downloadable title only!  We had a chance to interview Adam Hanson who is the Associate Producer on Guardians of Middle-earth on the game, his favorite character and if there is any ‘friction’ between MOBA and RTS gamers!
