The Skate franchise has proven itself worthy enough of a third game and this time around promises to be even more fun and exciting. EA and the Skate 3 team (Black Box) helped celebrate the release last week by hosting a launch party at the Venice Beach Skate Plaza in Venice, California.

Those who came out to party were treated to free food from the ‘Hall of Meat’ truck and got a chance to meet and hang out with pro-skaters Chris Cole, Mike Carroll and Josh Kalis. T-shirts and other goodies were passed out during the afternoon and the event was topped off by an entertaining performance from Del The Funky Homosapien.
