Activision confirmed this week that the upcoming fourth Skylanders game called Skylanders Trap Team will receive a special ‘Dark Edition‘ version of the starter kit. The Skylanders Trap Team Dark Edition includes three Skylanders (Snap Shot, Food Fight, Wildfire) all with silver/black detail and three traps including an oversized Kaos trap – as if Kaos himself needed another reason to have a big head. The Skylanders Trap Team Dark Edition will retail for $99 and appears to be a non-store-exclusive and the standard edition retails for $75 and comes with two Skylanders and two traps.
