The Long Beach Comic-Con aims to take things up a notch by adding ‘horror’ to the marketing and guests this year. Adding a little scare makes sense to the event, considering it falls on Halloween weekend after all! Some of the well-known comic talent taking part in the weekend convention will include Joe Benitez, David Finch and Mark Waid.
The horror portion of the Long Beach Comic-Con will presumably be handled by the likes of Bernie Wrightson, Steve Niles and Lance Henricksen. Friends of COIN-OP TV and makers of the gigantically popular The Guild web series Felicia Day and Sean Becker will also participate as guests of the event. More info will trickle down the Internet highway leading up to the event but mark your calendars for the Long Beach Comic-Con taking place Oct 29th & 30th, 2011.
