God of War 3 is, to date, one of the best looking games of this console generation. With the announcement of God of War Ascension Sony showed that its Santa Monica studio had one more trick up their sleeve in the God of War universe before the new console cycle starts. With Ascension, Sony is bringing new life to the series with a cool multiplayer component. The modes allow users to battle each other in multiple death-match scenarios, and look quite fun.
