Activision officially announced the name and details of the next Call of Duty video game called Call of Duty Infinite Warfare which will release November 4, 2016 from developers Infinity Ward. As a bonus the original Call of Duty Modern Warfare video game will come bundled with specific versions of the new game (see below) and is developed by Raven and features original maps and multiplayer modes.
Infinity Ward developers announced in a livestream Q&A that they will be including zombies in this game (a first for their team) and that their zombies will act differently from those created by Treyarch and Sledgehammer seen in previous Call of Duty games. The new Call of Duty Infinite Warfare looks to expand the gamers experience outside the reaches of Earth and into space. Developers claim there will be plenty of ‘boots on the ground’ combat but the trailer spends plenty of time in space.
